Let's do this One Last Time [video]

All right, people. I’m going through the archives of this place to convert all the parchment confetti into indexable data sheets.

You can thank me later for saving you all the headache.

[ The vibe of this is an 8 AM Stand-Up Meeting rather than a gathering of guardians. The video's pov is from his lab, which in addition to the completed gigacomputer, was beginning to have half-finished little magitech doohickeys scattered in sparse nooks of free space. The amount of spiderbots seems to have been left at one (1) so far.]

First item: Mission debriefs. If you've fought any dark forces recently and have extra concerning details to share, we should write it down instead of keeping it in our heads.

Second: Current Projects. Anyone who's a friend to reindeer - you ought to talk to Phil and do him a solid for all the holiday prep. For the science nerds lurking around, I’d like to borrow your brains over here.

[ He'd normally have Lyla take care of this, but he's stuck with non-sentient computers. He hates it! ]

Last: Introductions for the new kids. And universe number, if your world has one of those - the chalkboard maps are getting digitized. I'll start.

My name is Miguel O'Hara, Spider-Man of Nueva York. No, they aren't vampire fangs. [ tired hand wave, as if recapping for the millionth time. ] I‘ve been mopping up messes in my neck of the multiverse until getting picked for fairy-tale duty with the rest of you.

No idea about the glitching...thing?

But I can just give you those. I just took some self-scans recently with my tricorder. We call it a quantum signature instead of a dimensional signature but it's basically the same thing.

[Normally, he'd be delighted to see what someone else's...gizmo said about him and compare it to his tricorder readings but he's just feeling all kinds of off and weird and wanting-to-be-private right now.]

Want me to stop by right now?

[Miguel seemed in a very organize-ey mood at the moment, but it was a toss up whether he'd want to get it over with or see it as a distraction from the rest of his head count.]

[Ever efficient, Boimler already has the readings downloaded to one of the PADDs he and the others rigged together, by the time he arrives at the lab.]

[He's still moving very stiffly, even now, months after getting partly assimilated. It's beyond the fact he has naturally precise body language.]

[So it does not help when, finding yourself in a very dizzying, vertical space, your spine isn't great at letting you look up and around. Even his neck vertabrae are stiffer than they used to be.]

[Also, it's very dark. Federation lighting tends to be bright but not too direct, especially in spaces like Engineering, where people need a lot of visual focus.]

[Terrible lab standards, considering others may need to use it at some point. F- at accessibility.]

[He waves the PADD vaguely in the air, not even bothering trying to look around for Miguel, saving his dumb, stiff spine the effort. If he wants to compare fun energy signatures, he can do it at Boimler's level.]

Here.

I can walk you through the readings. They might be what you're already capable of, but we have different reference points. We might not call each reading the same thing.

It'd be worth seeing how much it lines up, though.
