Hey, Just Making Sure [Video]
At some point, a new communication appears, showing a video of a monster that the majority probably doesn't know at all. Seeing how Garurumon is in the sleigh room and hasn't gone to make a rampage or try to destroy anything, it's easy to guess he's not a hostile force of Kuk -- well, the fact he's got a comm indicates it too, all things considered.
Hes anything but enthusiastic, though. As soon as the video starts, he gives a dismissive wave with a paw.
"Okay, let's get this out of the way. I doubt I'm truly meant to be here, so if any of you knows the ticket to get out of here and back to where I came from so I can get lost, then it'd be great to hear it. Come on, you don't want some Kemonogami getting in the way."
...would he get in the way? Probably not, despite everything he can be cooperative enough as long as it fits his own goals -- and at the end of the day if there's no quick way to get back to his world then he'll be forced to help with this all, defeat Kuk, and use that as his way to return to the Kemonogami world. But hey, you never know, maybe if someone believes he's going to be a hindrance he's going to be metaphorically grabbed by the scuff of his neck and thrown back where he came from!
As if.
So he sighs heavily, knowing the futility of this all.
"Who am I kidding. It's not like all of you were eager to leap into this all, were you? If anyone who wasn't all in into this mess could have gone home it'd have happened already. So guess I'm stuck here.
Just try not to bother me much, I really am not in the mood for nonsense."
In a normal place, saying such a thing perhaps would be enough to deter others. But, unfortunately for him, saying such things doesn't deter anyone. If anything, a lot of people would see that as an invitation.
"So what am I supposed to do now with you all? Introductions? Some kinda oath? Swear fealty to the moon? Just tell me, let's get done with this."
